Pool is also low maintenance, just vacuum it when needed and keep the water balanced. The entire pool area is enclosed with black iron fencing, there is only one entrance with child proof locks on the gate and an alarm is available.

From the pool area it's a short walk along the concrete walk way (lined by daylillies) to the back decks. This is where I spend most of my summer, the 2 ceiling fans help keep the deck cool in the summer.
